Blog Post #5

Once again my partner and I have been falling behind with recording new interviews. With my track schedule and her cheer schedule it has been a little difficult to touch bases. Since that has been a continuous setback we have decided to begin interviewing people separately.
We are determined to become as passionate about this documentary as we were in the very beginning. We plan to go to the LA area and find random people to interview, that way our documentary is not solely based on family members and friends.

Blog Post #4

My partner and I have made a lot of progress since our last blog. This past weekend we interviewed a variety of people within the community. We want to not only interview family but also random people who are subjects of injustice.

In case there is any confusion, our documentary is not solely based on autism. Our first subject just happened to have autism. Our goal is to bring awareness to those who are looked down upon, whether it's because of race, sexuality, age, disability, or simply looking different or dressing different. We want to show how people feel in order to stop or lower injustice.

Our next task is to begin editing the footage that we already have. That is going to be an obstacle due to the fact that neither my partner nor I have experience in editing videos.
